Mejia is awesome and quite possibly the funniest professor I've ever had. He enjoys his students and tries to help them in any way he can. Take him if you're not very good at Spanish, he'll get you up to speed. I'm going to miss his class...but glad I'm done with spanish for the rest of my life!

Best teacher I have ever had. In the beginning of the year you think it will be hard, but he makes the class so fun that you will actually want to come! I HATE spanish so much, but i love this class. If you need a spanish class TAKE HIM!

This is a deserving review for a deserving professor. I was fortunate to have Senor Mejia for 4 semesters at WCU and it was a blast! He makes the Spanish language accessible to everyone!! Consider yourselves fortunate to be in the presence of such a scholar! A++ recommendation!

Mr Mejía is actually one of my friends dad. I asked him questions all the time when I was in high school taking AP Spanish. He was always willing to help and would explain which tense or word you should use. I'm not even going to WCU but I wanted the rate him anyway because I know him personally and he's easy to talk to and really knows his stuff!

Real nice guy but a horrible teacher. Leads you in the wrong direction on his study guides and what he goes over in class and grades the tests extremely hard. When the avearage grade in the class is a 52 he blames the students for not studying. We just study what you tell us and then you put something completely different on the exam.

West Chester's Spanish program overall is terrible. Textbook is of little help and the online work is tedious and hard. That being said, Mejia makes it bearable. He knows this isn't a great program but he does the best he can with what he's got. He's funny, a good teacher and EXTREMELY helpful. If you're struggling, don't be afraid to talk to him!

He is a really funny guy and makes class somewhat of a joke, in a good way. It's easier to like him as a person than teacher. He tries to teach you the information, but you need to look over the book and study. It's a classic second level class, A isn't handed to you, but definitely take him.

They don't get much better than Mejia!I recommend him to everyone. Yeah, he's funny,a cool guy, but he also does a great job of teaching Spanish.I got A's in his classes and I retained a lot of what I learned. Always bring your textbook to class, even on test days.You never know when he might offer open book. Attendance is 20% of your grade.

I like Mejia, he is extremely easy. The only problem I have with him is that all his tests and homework are a breeze, but then when you have to take the departmental final you don't do as well. I had a high A in the course until the final which brought me down to the A-

He is alot of fun to mess around with. He tells lots of jokes. He is really easy in 201 but 202 he gets tougher and the quizes are very different than your normally used to. Take him if you want a laugh, but be prepared to get serious too

Loved this class! He is absolutely hilarious and so fun. The work isn't hard, and he lets you drop your lowest test grade. He's a very good teacher. Definitely take a class with him! You won't be sorry.

Very funny man and extremely helpful. I learned a lot from him and he has a personality. He responds to e-mails quickly and if you need help he makes himself available. Also, if he didn't have our compositions graded by the next class.. automatic 100! TAKE THIS PROFESSOR!
