He's absolutely brillant. He does his entire lectures from memory. The class is hard, and he knows it's hard, so there is a huge curve on the class. Student have a bad inpression of him because organic is tough. Be prepared to study organic constantly in order to pass. I suggest making flashcards.

Took organic over the summer, and he was one of the best chem professors I've ever had. Took the class w/ Yao and withdrew because he was a terrible teacher. Cunico explains subject thoroughly and is more than willing to answer and questions or help you out.

Be prepared to dedicate your entire summer to organic (I would NOT take the lab at the same time.) He is a good professor, who gets a bad reputation because of the difficulty of the course. Organic is hard. If you need an A, you'll have to work your a** off. I know it can be done.
