He wants people to ask questions but then is very rude when you do and acts as though you are stupid. His classes are mostly a waste. Just gave a lot of class time to "ask questions" and work. I won't do it again.

My computer crashed and I lost everything on my drive and memory two hours before a report was due. I told him about my situation (skipped a class to attempt to re-write what I could) and he blew me off and wasn't understanding. I showed up to every class and had a B, he gave me a 2/20 on the assignment (Only 100 points total in the class). No-Go

DO NOT TAKE THIS PROFESSOR!!! He is very ignorant and harsh with his words. Wants you to ask questions, but then is rude when answering them or does not answer them directly. Very HARSH when grading papers and he will leave his rude comments on your work.

The professor is very unforgiving and gets easily annoyed by questions. If he gives you a bad grade starting off the semester then that means the rest of your grades will look similar. He regularly encourages students to drop and retake the class so don't expect to miraculously pull that D+ up to a B- it wont happen.

Dr. Goldbort was one of the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered in my entire life. Never has anything insightful to say, but he loves to hear himself talk. Don't ask a question in class because he enjoys talking down to students.

Doesn't know a thing about know to use blackboard and doesn't relate to students on any level. Comes across as intelligent, but is unable to express it without being condescending, rude, or otherwise unpleasant. Most handouts unhelpful without full audio of lectures (listening to lectures is torture via boredom), arrogant, his way or the high way.

I am still currently in the class and it is terrible. I agree with almost everyone who said not to take this class. He's nice... "sometimes"... but most of the time he is arrogant and rude! He needs to retire already. I hope this helps some of you choose NOT TO TAKE THIS COURSE WITH HIM. I'm just patiently waiting for December to get here!

This is, hands down, the worst professor I have ever had. He is cryptic and outdated--he insists on things being done his way, but his way is the way of the past. He is a hard and inconsistent grader. I have seen him berate students in front of the entire class. The way he talks is annoying. He just has no redeeming qualities as an educator. Run.

I learned more in his English class than any other English class that I have taken. He gives you guides to follow and examples. You just have to pay attention and do it his way and you will be fine. I walked away from his class with a really good resume too.

This man is the rudest person I have ever met. Hands down. He had several assignments throughout the semester and would hand out examples. As he'd explain further, I'd even write down notes. I'd go to turn in my assignment and he'd tell me I did it wrong. On every assignment. Take someone else, man. Not worth it.

Dr. Goldbort's tech writing class wasn't the most interesting but he is clear on what he wants you to accomplish and gives you plenty of time to get done with your assignments. I liked Dr. G and really learned alot about writing resumes, memorandums, and cover letters. I would recommend this dude.

I did have an interest in writing before taking this class. Goldbort can't teach. Need I say more. The ideas he expresses in lecture are not clear; grading is subjective; he has an attitude. Nothing makes him happy. Horrible communication skills.

He is far from helpful, he is belittling, and he thinks his class is superior to others. Keep in mind that once you're behind, you remain behind and he makes that clear to you. He will constatntly remind you that you are a bad student. Prepare for this class to bring down your GPA.I suggest taking someone else.

Dr. Goldbort made me a better writer. I recommend him totally. If you attend and do your work, he meets you more than halfway. Few of my teachers gave been as caring, fair, and encouraging, yet with high expectations. And he knows his stuff. Take him.
