WOW ...he is completely BLIND and is really old...doesnt really know what is going on...but the class is pretty easy...has past tests on internet which only vary a lil from the one you will have to take the next quarter...but still boring and dull...and wow he cant see.

Hovis is very scatterbrained. He's very easy to get off topic, though, which can prove to be an advantage if you get him off of the subject. Doesn't explain things well at all, though he will tell you exactly what to expect on his exams.
