Comment:

Mee was susposed to retiire last year, but Delta was in need of someone for Fall 2010, and thats why he came back. Honestly he can be fair in giving points, but he is super hard to follow during the lecture, and makes smart rermarks when you ask for clairification. Our class started with 19 and is down to about 10 or 11.

Comment:

For being at delta since the 70's i was expecting boredom, but he cracks funny but bad jokes all the time. Makes class fun. He can put you on the spot during class at times, but nothing too bad. He will help you as much as possible if you put forth effort and show up to class. Tests are easy, he tells you what to study and gives you some of the answers. Great teacher! An A is def possible, but you will need to put in effort.

this teacher was the WORST teacher to have. i couldn't understand what he was doing. if you didn't take Spanish before this you will not understand him. he thinks if he shows you something one time you will know it after that. hes just TERRIBLE.

When I think of Robert Mee there are some words that stick out to me like: rude, insulting, sweaty, messy,and SCATTERBRAINED! I never expected to be so insulted on my tests ever! I was humiliated in front of my class. Yes, he picks favorites and he picks on the ones he does not like also. I WILL NEVER TAKE HIM AGAIN!

Class is easy. Pay attention, come to class, review for tests. Its simple, yet dealing with Mr. Mee's insults aren't. If you stand out in any way prepare to be picked on and insulted (in good fun in his eyes). His jokes are rude and inappropriate. I stuck it out for my grade, but I wouldn't take him again! Got an A-

Awesome teacher! Jokes around and makes things fun. Treats everyone like a friend he's known for years. Teaches Spanish VERY well. My wife said she learned more about spanish from me describing one day in class than she learned in an entire semester of high school spanish. MEE ROCKS. If you can't TAKE A JOKE, don't take his classes. Super FUN!

HORRIBLE!!!!! he is very scatter-brained. he teaches half of something and not the rest and doesn't tell you that he didn't teach it, then you are tested on it. he often says words wrong. his tests are easy, but his teaching is horrible. i could teach better than him

Terrible teacher. I do not recomend him. He forgets the words a lot of times and you don't really learn much. Spanish is not spoken all that often. The only good thing about this class was that he teaches a lot about culture. He's been to many places and knows a lot about culture.

Senor Mee is a great guy. Very clear on the subject. If you never had Spanish, I would start with him. The material can be a little challenging at times, but just ask for help. He'll give you hints when taking a test, but the hints are pretty easy to follow as long as you study. A+ professor in my book!

Nice professor. Has a good way of teaching the class. Gives you 40 absent/missed work points at the beginning. The professor has good office hours and has a very neat approach when it comes to teaching. Recommend to all!

This class was very easy. You have a quiz everyday over what you learned in class, so you have to pay attention. You have to be at class or you can get dropped. If you take all the tests, then you don't have to take the final. If you do some light studying and make sure you understand the different verb forms, then you will do great!

This professor is a riot. This was one of my more favorable classes this semester. He truely has a sense of humor and his stories are overwhelming funny. Just can't quit laughing in class. I would take this professor again, but had him for 3 Spanish classes, I don't think he teaches Spanish 4, but if he did, I would be there. Overall awesome!

The best teacher anyone could have. Is really funny and makes the class go by fast. The professor has been to Spanish speaking countries and has experience with the language in the real world. He even has some pretty good stories to tell. Awesome person to get to know!

Great Professor. Is a very nice man and has a great personality. The class goes by pretty good. Just have to be ready for anything because he pulls your name out at times so you have to be ready for the activity. Exams are pretty self-explainitory, but need to know the material. Very helpful and is honest with people. Take him, great teacher!
