Comment:
Neiderman reads slides word for word, then struggles to change each slide for 1 min. More efficient to read his slides on your own. Ask him what his open ended questions are before the exam. When Deis leaves the exam room go up to Neiderman and ask him a question about his open ended question, he will ramble about it and tell you the answer.

Not a great professor. He continually reads off his slides and this exam questions are impossible to answer.

He's the nicest guy ever, and if you go to his reviews, he tells you exactly what you need to study. Read his notes over and over, get an A on his exam. they're well written out and straight to the point you. I don't know why people complain. Biochem is Biochem, its difficult, but he's a great professor. Would definitely recommend him.

Dr Niederman is actually a very kind man. Although it is true that he reads the slides word for word. His 3rd exam was difficult, but on the final exam he went very easy on his questions.

Studying from his lectures is a rough prospect... There isn't all that much continuity. Thankfully, his lectures are based ENTIRELY off of his slides, so you don't really need to copy down everything he says, just the main concepts. He's really nice about helping if you schedule a meeting with him.

hard. the hardest teacher I've ever had in Rutgers, and all science teachers are kind of hard so this means this man is practically unbearable. The grades will dip so low its scary and I almost thought I should just drop the class. Luckily he only teaches 1/4th the class and the other exams can help bring your grade back. BEWARE

TIPS: DON'T bother going to class. Instead, read the book, and AFTER that print out and read his Lecture notes (he just reads them word to word in lecture) Then do the old exams. Go to his review session and there ASK him what will be asked on the open-ended ques. He WILL tell you!Do this in front of others at the review.

HORRIBLE! Can't understand how he could be course coordinator. Lectures=sleep, reads straight off powerpoints(exact copies of book). Too many unnecessary structure details... WORST professor ever, hope for the best if you have him! :(
