Scott's a nice guy. He really does enjoy the subjects he teaches: you can tell. If you take a class from him, be prepared for one or two classes a semester where he won't make it to class.

Very friendly, approachable prof. Apparently the best of the corp fi profs. Make sure to go to his class as he gives good notes. The text is useless for this course. Corp fi is a brutal course for a non-finance type person!!

Excellent Prof! 8 WebCT Quizzes (20%), midterm (30%), and final (50%). 10 assignments which are not marked, but must do them b4 those quizzes because those questions are based on the assigns. He made Corp Fi so easy and the midterm was easy. Just take him in the summer and read his notes. Wish he would teach more finance courses

Really good prof. Also had him for Corp Fi, and he will actually remember you. He has a genuine interest in seeing his students succeed. You will actually learn from him. Exams can be tough, but he is very helpful. A real asset to ASB.
