Enthusiastic and sometimes obscene. Very entertaining, extremely knowledgeable. If you're at all interested in the subject matter (municipal politics), you won't be falling asleep. One of only two courses in my entire poli-sci degree that I consistently looked forward to going to.

Simply put, the best professor anyone could ask for. In my humble opinion, he is the only redeeming quality Laurentian possesses. He's a fair marker and his rants, although comical and sometimes mildly offensive to some, keep interest levels high. Highly recommended!!!

He is a tough marker, you have to show up to every class and do the readings, but if you need help he is more than happy to assist you to the point of understanding. Interesting lectures but just make sure to pay attention

Those who complained about the difficulty of this class probably did not put in the effort. If you pay attention in class and do the readings, you are sure to come out a much better student. With regards to his teaching methods, he must be one of the best profs at Laurentian. He understands how to teach, he doesn't simply read off a page or a slide

A great prof all around. He seems to know pretty much everything about the Canadian government and can rant for hours (while still on topic). Always helpful and very personable. Don't be intimidated by him, he's always willing to help.

He is by far the single worst professor I have ever encountered. He is unprofessional & as far as I'm concerned he is also unintelligent. The man lacks the simple dignity and decorum that even an ape has. I find his total lack of respect for those of other cultures & ethnic backgrounds to be disgusting.
