Professor Sidhom is an incredible teacher. He lectures a lot and you will take SO many notes every class but they are all very thorough and easy to understand. He is very knowledgeable and will answer any question you have. He has a thick accent that will take a couple of classes to get used to, but it is not a problem. Easy A if you pay attention

Sidhom's accent is thick but you'll get used to it. He repeats himself a lot which helps! I promise he's not a bad professor! He gives weekly homework but it takes 10 minutes tops. Before every test he reviews the test word for word so you're prepared. He also doesn't make you memorize formulas. You don't need the textbook. I highly recommend him.

This class is SUPER hard. No exaggeration. He has a really thick accent so you'll never know what he's saying. He writes TONS of notes and does not explain them unless you ask him to, even when you ask, you still won't get it. Also, he has terrible handwriting, so copying notes is even a struggle. Steer clear of this professor, please!

You will need a new notebook less than half way through this course. The guy writes non-stop notes and expects you to understand at the same time. Honestly, if math is NOT your strong suit stay away unless you want to ruin your GPA. Nice guy, horrible professor. Btw, the exams are 8 pages long (not exaggerating).

Comment:
The course seems difficult and overwhelming because of the extremely long notes that he writes on the board. However, once you MAKE An EFFORT to understand the problems , the class is pretty easy. Be warned, his tests are 8-11 pages, seriously.... Overall he is a great guy and he'll most likely curve if you show effort.

Horrible professor with such a heavy accent. Had no idea what he was talking about, and to top it off his handwriting was pure garbage. Statistics shouldn't be hard but professor sidhom made it extremely difficult. Passed with a B but it was a real struggle, I know more than half got below C.

Doesn't allow students to ask questions. Doesn't thoroughly explain. No sympathy for students that were in the hospital or dealing with deaths making them still fully responsible to turn in homework and take exam and scheduled dates. Too much homework that doesn't contribute a great value in overall class grade. Terrible teacher. SWITCH OUT OR DROP

He is the best math professor in pace. He does have a thick accent but you don't need to understand what he says in class since he writes down what he says on the board. His class and tests are all step by step formulas. He walks you through every problem and makes sure you understand it. He is impossible to fail but you have to WRITE a lot of note

Good professor, he's egyptian moderate accent, somewhat of a stern off putting attitude but is really straight forward with the material. LOTS OF NOTES. TAKE EVERY NOTE. Whole test comes from the notes. Absolutely no need for a textbook. Weekly hw usually takes 10 mins longest 30 mins. Highly recommended, esp. if you struggle with Math.

BEST MATH PROFESSOR EVER!!! He explains every detail in detail. Doesn't go on until every single person understand the material. Easy grader and a fare professor. What you learned in class is what you get on the tests.
