He taught a lot of useful information, but not really anything to do with the class. He seems to be a nice person, but he didn't seem interested in teaching and expected too much from the students. He left the class as soon as it was done (letting us out early every day and only covering part of the material).

I think Sean is a nice guy, but he is an intimidating teacher. No doubt, he will teach you a lot of useful, practical things. However, I dreaded going to class. His marking is pretty fair. To be honest, sometimes it's hard to deliver on what he asks.

He is a really nice and patient guy but i found a lot of his examples for papers hard to follow. He is really interested in his field, and passionate. He didn't mark as hard as i thought he would, but it is a really difficult class to grasp. Wasn't what I thought it would be.

He gets annoyed when he askes a question and no one offers an opinion. Yet, if someone's opinion doesn't agree with his, he gets annoyed and makes you feel little. We are not mind readers and cannot always answer with the same opinion he has. The work is done and now the day is over. Good riddance to that class!

This teacher marks very difficult, he asks you to do one thing, but expects something else from you. If you use one of his examples, he'll still mark you wrong. He is a very hard teacher and I wouldnt recommend him. If you ask him to explain why you got certain things wrong, he will get all defensive.

Unequal treatment is obvious when students start to see each others papers(lots of group). Will ask you to do in class essays before returning last so you make same mistakes.Arrogant, seems to worship his own opinions. Complains about back and headaches. I am A(work hard). This 1st B. If you take him just agree with everything he says. Belittles.

The class is titled, intro to media and communications... it should be called the history and theroies of communication. For a 100 level course, he expects WAY too much from his students. Almost everyone in my class has to use a dictionary for understanding his lectures, and it's not an ESL class!

The lecture notes are ok but the course is tough. He's nit picky about everything on assignments and memos, seems to enjoy docking marks. He's defensive and is voting for himself when someone duzn't like his teaching style.

good notes. some assignments r easy but the report is 2 hard. i dont get why people say he's not clear u get samples of every assignments and lots of notes will find every grammar mistake in every assignment.
