Good professor. Lot's of work, but not especially difficult. Maximize points on weekly assignments, as exam will tend to be tougher than the weekly quizzes just on the sheer volume of information.

Online class few assignment due during the semester and a paper at the end. The only bad thing is when I emailed her with question on clarification for her assignments, she basically told me they were obvious and makes you feel dumb. Does not provide clear instructions, I learned the hard way did terrible on the first one, very well on the rest.

Read entire book which is loaded with info. 1 midterm, 1 final exclusively from book, 45 MC + 1 short answer. Ask for/take practice exams. Need 1 orig + 3 replies to database posts (5 sets). 3 group projects; very lenient on grading. Offers extra credit paper for 30 points. Non-standard grading process, (Aaverage of 93 needed). Do work!

Apparently, Dr. Gibson changed books for 2011 Summer I session, only to discover the quizzes were unavailable to students for studying. Her efforts to offer quizzes from another book did not bring any usefulness to exam preparation. As someone else said, effort will not give you an equitable grade.

Prof Gibson is demanding but very fair. I've taken both HR and Entrepreneurship with her - they are writing intensive and both require semester long group projects. You learn a lot, but be prepared to do quite a bit of work. Entrep. included 3 tests, a huge project, an interview paper, about 15 quizes, 2 case studies, movie review, and DB posts.

The online class consists of a 4 part group project, one book review, 3 exams, 6 online chats, and weekly DB posting. The exams are easy if you read the material, and she's a pretty lenient grader of projects. She also reviews your projects in advance. Boring class, but good.

Online. Dr Gibson is a fun and engaging professor. The exams were multiple choice and not too difficult. The most difficult part of the class was the project but it also made me learn a lot. Please take her if at all possible.

She is very bright and knows her stuff - just wish she had shared more of her knowledge with us instead of letting class out an hour early every time. Plus, she gave us a project that was unreasonable and then didn't even appear to bother to grade it. Most got an "A" for the project and class regardless of effort put in. I was disappointed.
