Acting II: Dr. Connelly pushes you to do your best, and while it can be a bit much at times, she always has your back. I struggled with time management and motivation a lot the semester I took her class, and she was more than willing to give me more time with minimal explanation needed. Her class is challenging, but worth it if you're into acting.

Took this intro to acting class to fulfill a pathway, and found that it was actually pretty fun. Stacey is super nice and fun and is a great teacher. Only thing is that I would not recommend showing up to class unprepared for a a scene or assigned work, she hates when people waste her time. If you do what you're supposed to, she's awesome!

Acting I. Stacey has a fantastic reputation around campus for a reason. She's kind, patient, compassionate, and absolutely hilarious. She knows how to push you as an actor without being too harsh or mean. She expects a lot out of you, but as long as you know your lines and take her direction, you'll do fine. Great class with a great woman!

I took Stacey's Play Structure and Analysis class. I'm not a major, but I love theater so I really enjoyed this class. The papers are pretty hard, but I learned a lot and the course got easier as the semester went on. She is the sweetest women ever. I absolutely love her.

Great class. learned so much about plays. Over the course, we read a whole bunch of great plays that enhanced my repertoire. We write lots of papers, and she's pretty strict about grammar, but it really improves your writing. Overall- loved Stacey! She's very open to new ideas and as long as you argue your point, you'll be good

GREAT professor. Very engaging and fun, yet still professional. Lots of stuff to memorize, but if you have the willpower, it can be done. She will critique your acting, but is still easy-going on the grades. Final and class assignments aren't that bad, either. Highly recommended for any drama class!

Class was absolutely enjoyable, Dr. Connelly was very enthusiastic about class and really inspired everyeone to perform better. She is a very light grader, but isn't afraid to tell you where you need improvement in your scenes. Take this teacher for acting 1.

This is an amazing class! Stacey is wonderful! I enjoy going to class every T/Th, even though it's two hours long. It's fun, interesting, and laid back. Stacey is challenging with her expectations of you, but if you are serious about acting take this class. Even if your not, the class is wonderful!!
