She was awesome and helped me out a lot when i asked and she was available and in her office when she said she would be. When i was sick she let me reschedule my test when ever i felt like i would be ready. take her, she was great!

Trys to make the info as interesting as possible. Tests are tough for a gen-ed class but are all multiple choice and are based right off the power points. Attendence is pretty much mandatory because she doesnt put her power points online and just randomly hands out homework. Offers extra credit so that is a plus. Overall a good teacher.

Mrs. Ulbig was a GREAT professor. She knows her stuff and makes political science really interesting. Her tests are pretty easy as long as you study the notes and go to class. A lot of extra credit, sometimes for just coming to class. There are four tests, a final and in-class quizes that make up 50 points. Study the notes and its an easy A.

Notes come straight from a powerpower and are very understandable. She gives in class quizes which she will tell you the answers to and she also gives a good amount of extra credit. Her tests are not hard if you study. I have a high A right now and ive never really opened the book.

The class wasn't easy(no PLS is)& the common final took a lot of studying but Ulbig makes the class do-able.Lectures are okay(for the material)& she tries to involve the class.4 tests & final & online quizzes & small papers which help your grade.Lots of EC if you go to class(which you have to).Take her if you want to pass PLS without much headache.

Dr. Ulbig makes this class fun. She always takes time to discuss current events, which is very interesting. Sometimes her lectures are kind of boring, but she gives you plenty of information. She also has the textbook chapters outlined on blackboard for you to print off. I will miss this class because it was very informational.

Great Teacher!!! Makes the boring material seem interesting! Her tests are kind of hard, but if you study and go to class you will be fine! She also has easy online quizes and some extra credit points to help your grade. The exercise in citizenship assignments aren't fun but they are easy:) But overall great teacher!

Excellent teacher. She teaches the class for people who arn't PLS majors. She makes the topics interesting and fun. There are blackboard quizes which you can take till you get the answers right, so it's like getting 150 easy points. Attend all her classes and listen to the lectures and you'll do well on the tests.

TAKE ULBIG FOR PLS 101!! I could care less about Political Science, but she made it very interesting. She gives you online quizes that you can retake as many times as you want and her tests aren't that bad either. She gives you very easy to understand notes and will work with you.

She's makes funny jokes in class, which is a crucial trait of any good prof. She requires online activities (which are dumb) but is very clear with notes, tests and quizzes. If you attend, you will get a good grade. Also, talk and discuss a lot in class. She's way into that.

She is a great woman. Very smart and clear with her teaching. Never a boring moment. She wants you to interact and she never makes anyone feel stupid. Tests are fair and making at least a B is not impossible. TAKE HER! we need more teachers like her at this university
