Yet another useless/utterly boring CSI prof. Stands completely still while preaching in a monotone voice, all the while scratching his head. Makes you want to pass out, and he wonders why no one shows to class. And he ran classes during reading week. The dinosaur book is overly wordy, but the course as a whole is not ridiculously hard.

Had him for parallel computing, amazing class. You will learn a lot. Exams, assignments and midterms are incredibly hard, however he grades them very leniently. He will learn your name, so answer his questions and be friendly. He will not fail you if he knows you know what's going on in his class.

When this guy teaches he only makes it seem like he cares that you understand, but he really doesn't. Midterm & Exam: puts emphasis on material that is not well understood yet (midterm) or tries to formulate questions in a way that will make you doubt what you know. If you take his course, KNOW YOU'RE STUFF because HE WILL TRY TO SCREW YOU!

The final was horrible. He gave us two previous final exams to look at prior to the actual exam. so i was expecting the same level of questions i saw on them. The final he gives is extremely hard that you need to know a lot more than what he's teaching in class. He'll be teaching again in fall session so try not to register for his class if possibl

That final he made was a killer. This guy has no idea if the class understdands or not. He likes it if the average is low. Not an easy marker in spite of being unable to convey the subject matter.

I'd say he's the worst prof of the year. he knows his stuffs but he doesn't convey the material effectively. half of the class doesn't understand what he's talking about. his exams are quite hard so better be prepared.

Tries very hard, but can't convey the material. Half-way through the semester, a new section (taught by Alan Williams) was created and have of us were transfered to it. Poor guy didn't know why nobody went to his lectures anymore.
