English is not my greatest subject but Weber really influenced me to look into the readings and understand them! He has only has a midterm and a final(both open book and notes) Make sure you take good notes of the stories with important quotes. And other part of grade is weekly assignments which are easy. Great professor!

If you enjoy hearing him read the text book allowed for the entire class day after day go for it. i have heard of professors reading out of the text book for lectures before but this was insane. The rare class conversations were enjoyable. No reason to read the text outside of class. You will have it read to you. Very easy class.

Great class. Reading material for me was comprised of authors I had never heard of before and was all very interesting. Laid back discussion classes and two 7 page papers where we were able to explore topics from the readings of our choosing. Go to class and office hours and put some effort it- he will reward you. SOooo handsome.

Amazing class. Amazing prof. Explained anything that confused me. Heavy on reading, weekly thoughts were helpful. Lucky to meet him before my last semester. Let me explore never-before-seen ideas in my final paper. Liked to draw comparisons between Western and non-Western lit topics, esp w Mrabet. Had a ball in this class!

He is very nice and quite good looking. Actually he is very HOT but he doesn't act cocky..very humble and caring. As a TA though, he really should put more effort into explaining concepts. He listens to students, but should be more of a teacher, less
