Prof. Gingell was one of my favorite professors I ever had. She doesn't hand marks to you on a silver platter, but she does teach you the skills to earn them. I learnt so much from her. She is passionate about her job and it shows.

I do recommend this prof! She is very helpful when you need help, attendance is important. You'll pass if you attend class. There is a grammar portion with her class. Always finds a way to critique your work but its always a way to improve!!

Greatest Pro I've had so far! Made english poetry enjoyable for me. Found out she actually wrote my women's and gender studies textbook also! Hence why she makes a whole bunchs of connections to sex maybe.

I've taken this class two years ago, and was accused of academic dishonesty. It doesn't surprise me that she hasn't changed, and is still accusing students of this. She has decent ideas, but is definitely unclear of what she wants and expects from students.

If you attend class regularly, you will be fine. She takes attendance and it is included in your final grade. Read the material assigned and you will be fine for reading quizzes. She is a tough marker when it comes to essays. She is very nice and I really enjoyed her as a prof.
