Professor Giordano's class is very lecture heavy. Make sure you write down everything he writes on the board because that will be what your exams are on. He lectures the entire class and is very boring. He does allow a cheat sheet which is very helpful. As long as you do the case studies and do somewhat well on the exams, you will get an A-B.

Make sure to take notes of what he writes on the board because that is what the test is based off of, so attendance is important. Explains things thoroughly and is open to class discussion. Is very knowledgeable on the subject. One of the best professors at SJU. Would recommend!!!!!

His class is all lecture based but pretty interesting. You will do well on his tests if you write down what he puts on the chalkboard. He lets you do extra credit case summaries and each additional one you do is counted as one point added on to your overall average. The tests could be tricky because of the wording, but overall he's easy

Prof. Giordano is excellent at breaking down laws through examples. If you show up to class and just listen to what he says, you're guaranteed to get an A. In addition, he gives a set number of case studies or video analyses and if you do more than the number requested, you get extra credit. Fantastic professor.

It was okay i guess. it was uncomfortable in class because so many people in close quarters and then again the way he lectures is straight from the case studies so pay attention or try to. theres like two tests true and false and multiple choice. you write up the homework from what he says in class. will let you hand it in late 3/5 recommend

give case brief as extra credit, 3 test only Tf 50 questions, mostly common sense related to require topics. learn a lot. he help and gives a mock trail as extra credit towards the end help boost grade. he may even drop the worst grade. but im taking 3 more times I enjoy his class, he did change his teaching style to lectures. still learn

Class starts off pretty easy but tests get harder. He talks for most of the class and writes everything for the tests on the chalk board so going to class is really important. I think we had 5 tests total, no midterm. Will explain things more clearly if you just ask.

I loved this class, and professor Giordano is a great professor. I learned a lot, he's calm, takes everything slowly and thoroughly so everybody understands. Take good notes in class, its crucial for the exams. A couple of exams, multiple choice and truefalse. I recommend you to choose him!

Interesting class. Find material easy. Extra credit is hw and attendance if you show up every day take good notes book is not needed , doing case briefs is hw , very easy work. Test are not so hard. 50 tf if you can argue for your answers he would give you credit for the argument. Funny teacher.

Absolutely loved his class! He is not boring at all, despite what people say. He really does care for his students success, and is willing to work with you. And he has so much knowledge on the subject he made me more interested in law. Loved his class! Would take his class again in a heartbeat. Show up and pay attention and your golden.

This professor is so smart! teaches law by example and makes it really interesting. Tests are tricky but he lets you argue the answer to earn back credit, got a C on the test, but discussing had an A. He is super awesome, and getting an A is easy, just show up for class. Dont need book.

class is extremely boring(bring your laptop), he just talks all day and only grades everybody based on the testing which are all multiple choice.Does not care for any of his students, I don't even think he knows any of his students name. Attendance is not required as long as you get high grades on the test, your good. I wouldn't recommend him.

Totally agree with the rest. Adorable, sweet, charming... yeah it's all true! Actually the sweetest guy I've ever met. His class is interesting. He's a pretty good professor and gives a fair amount of work. I can't wait to take him again.
