One of the best professors I've ever had. He's nice and uses a lot of personal stories during lectures. If you're a business major, try to take a class with him.

You will not fail this class. He tells you from the beginning. Entire class is group work. 5 presentations. You have to write 5 papers also but again this is all in a group. Lot of outside the class time must be spent getting ready for 5 assignments. Fun class but it's a lot of work getting ready for every presentation which aren't necessary.

He draws a lot of the lectures from his experience. Allows for wiggle room during lectures, meaning he tells stories and goes off in a tangent. But he relates it back to the lecture. But, at times the lectures can get a little boring. Notes are relied heavily on during tests. Tests aren't necessarily easy though. Overall he's a great professor.

Everyone should take a class with him regardless of major. The class is difficult. Lepson has a lifetime of amazing experience in the professional world and is very passionate about his job and his students. #1 professor at ycp. I wish he taught more business courses. I'd love to take another class taught by him.

Best professor I've ever had. Lepson has a wealth of knowledge in the business world and will be a huge asset for you in the future. If you do your work you'll pass. He is extremely helpful and gives points even for wrong answers as long as you try. Test are hard but you can't score below a 50% with his grading. Show up to class!

Really knowledgeable about marketing! Sometimes gets way too specific not realizing it is an introductory course and everyone isn't studying marketing! Test are extremely difficult! Most of the content on the tests were never talked about in class. Studying the textbook is a must!!

Very successful, definitely knows what he is talking about and cites real-life examples of anything we discuss. Class is sometimes monotonous but he provided valuable business lessons and advice. Make sure you see him before tests so he can highlight your notes for questions/answers that are on the test. Extremely helpful. Hated the textbook

He's okay, sometimes patronizing, often boring, but very knowledgable. Actually preferred the guy who substituted for him. 3 tests, pretty easy, like 3 group discussions/case studies... which were kind of irrelevant. Pretty straightforward. Will warn, if he does not like you he can be incredibly rude... which was my unfortunate experience.

He is terrible. He lectures about his business for 50 minutes 3 days a week and the. Tests you on things from the book. I have no doubt he knows what he's talking about, but the rest of us sure don't. Avoid at all costs.

Prof Lepson is a great guy. He lectures the whole period but he is so interesting and makes you want to come to class. The tests are fairly easy as long as you study. There are no other grades though besides the test. I would recommend him.

Lepson is the best teacher for marketing at York by far. I learned more in this class than I have in 4 years. You have to work hard, but it really brings the degree together. Don't take anyone else for this class

A very intelligent guy, a lot of experience in the field, the class is pretty difficult to get a good grade in though. Only gives exams, no other assignments. There is a textbook that he rarely refers to, but then puts questions on the exams from the book. Awesome dude, just a really hard class.

This is my favorite professor at YCP, I only wish he taught more classes. He has his own business and is very busy, but will take time out of his day to help you as much as you need. There is no homework, the case studies are very interesting, and the tests are challenging. But he will tell you exactly what to study. AMAZING class.

I dont know why anyone would write bad things about him. Lepson is such a nice guy and makes everything easy to understand. He's funny and comfortable to be around. I didn't mind going to class just cause I liked him so much. He tells you exactly what to study, so if you study you will be fine. I got a 3.5 without any stress.
