Doc Tony is a great teacher for Physiology. It's a tough course and he'll answer your question with a question making you think your way through to the answer. He's fair and will help you to understand what you're not getting. He wants you to know your stuff though. Great teacher...loved this class. I feel prepared for entering a RN program.

Doc Tony is an EXCELLENT teacher (funny, too!). Really listen to him, he will help you all the way. Ask questions! The ones who didn't want to "look stupid" dropped like flies. He will make you figure out the answers, but then the info sticks. Tape lectures, go to class/lab, study hard learn the material and you will succeed in this class! -Czech

Class is really hard. Thats the subject though. Doc Tony bends over backwards to teach you basic things to help you understand how to learn the material. Hes hard and tough but fair. Most people just don't do what he says to and then complain about him. The counselors say dont take him but if you want to do well in Nursing school i recommend him.

Don't take this guy. He's soo hard and arrogant...it makes me sick. It's like he's trying to prove that he knows everything and you know nothing. Only take if you REALLY have to, and even then, try to take it with Itaya

He's mean! 120 people start his physio. Only 4 pass. why they let mean peeple like him teach? if you ask him questions he asks questions and make you figure it out. why he hafta be like that? why cant he give study guides so we know what's gonna be on the test? why cant we do a binch of xtra credit to get better grades without doing good on tests?

One of if not the hardest classes on campus. But, Doc Tony is GREAT. He explains things to try and teach you the material. It is not easy but that's the material, not the prof. If you study the way he tells you to you'll do fine. If you try to memorize everything you'll fail.

Hardest class I ever had, also the most interesting. You do have to remember the prereqs. I guess thats why they have them. Ask for help and youll get it but you better be prepared to answer questions too. He lectures and tests out of the book. Do the questions like he says and check with him. Thats how to learn this stuff. Dont forget the 5 rules.

By far the most difficult class I have taken at Delta. Doc Tony is a nice guy but demanding. He will help if asked but it is up to the student to be proactive. He tends to go very quickly through material and expects you to remember all your pre-req stuff(chemistry). I am not sure if an A is attainable but a B is possible if you read ahead and ha

I took Doc Tony's Anatomy Class and then waited a semester so that I could take him again for Physiology. The reason I did this was because I enjoyed his method of teaching. Doc Tony's lectures are anamates and sometimes funny. I worked my ass off in his class and it paid off. Physio. is a hard subject, don't blame the teacher if you can't cut it!

Once you get past being intimidated, you realize he is on your side. He wants to help you learn physio and not just randomly memorize facts & formulas. If you are serious about learning and want to be challenged, I highly recommend him. Study like he tells you to, and you'll do ok. There a a lot of lies floating around, don't believe all you hear.

Took Doc Tony's classes over a year ago. Just found this site and he was the first prof I thought of. He's truly the best teacher I've ever had. He's tough, but that's cuz you're learning your arse off. If you just want the grade, stay away... but if you're going into a med field, you'll be thanking Doc Tony for what he taught you for a long time.
