Mr. Smith makes the subject very interesting. He grades papers VERY thoroughly, but fairly. While, he does seem to have favorites, he is very nice to everyone.

Course is unnecessarily difficult, meaning sadistic essay question tests. He has his favorites, and won't give you the time of day if you somehow get on his bad side; he'll also be harsher on you grade-wise. Oh, there's also a 10 page term paper due at the end of each semester and a final exam that takes the full time allotted(3+hours)to finish.

He is a good profesor for fine arts survey. His main pet peeve is talkin while he's talkin. He is likeable. Knows the info very well! He is passionate. I didnt feel he had favorites moreso ppl that gave him feedback. Tests are really easy when payin attention in class!

I was very annoyed in this class. He was rude, almost condescending at times. He has favorites and sticks with them all semester. I made excellent grades in his class and he never gave me the time of day. He is incredibly annoying, his voice, his singing, his actions, pretty much everything about him. He is the only teacher as NSU that I have hated

One of the most inconsiderate, uncaring teachers I have ever had. I left his class absolutely disliking him, which I have never done before. I found him to be rude and have an almost superiour attitude towards certain students. He does pick his favorites and really sticks with them. If you are not one of his pets, you really have no hope.

This is the easiest class. He tells you everything you need to know for the tests. Take good notes and read the pages that he tells you to and it will be easy. He likes to joke around and makes the class go by pretty quickly. I would def recommend him.

I don't think I've ever actually taken a class that was so fascinating, yet still so hard to make a great grade. For those of you who took him in Fine Arts, LUCKY YOU!!! Try taking his Music History Classes... they're tough, but at least I still remember MOST of what he taught us... I see him now at football games & he still seems very genuinely interested in what has been going on in my life. GREAT person & teacher.

I loved this class! Even though it was painfully easy, I couldn't wait to go to class just because of how fun and funny Mr. Smith is. I love how excited he is about the subject he's teaching; it's quite obvious he's doing what he loves in life.
