Comment:

When I approached Dr. Isaacs her response was "who are you?" She looked at my with disgust and with a tone of pure frustration. Maybe I caught her at a bad time... but our discussion was unproductive and she seemed genuinely frustrated with me. Im just not sure why.

I really enjoyed the material in this course but I personally found Dr. Isaacs so difficult to talk to. . I am unsure if she truly enjoys teaching because she often seems frustrated with the students in her class, even when they are trying their very best to participate and be involved. My experience was not very positive.

This course is not difficult but I found Professor Isaacs difficult to approach and discuss material with. I really liked the in class discussions and hearing what the other students had to say, but like the comments below mention, Professor Isaacs is not approachable. I would recommend the class overall but definitely not my favourite at all.

Cogent and clear teaching style. Definitley appreaciates clear writing styles and consitency over random unclear ideas. If you want to do well in the course listen to her suggestions and you could get a very high mark.
