Easy class, you learn how to write good bio literature papers that will surely come in handy for premed/predent majors. 70% papers you turn in are opinion papers .Hardest paper to write is the last paper which is time consuming and difficult to understand. Definitely recommend her for easy Gen ED grade of A or B at LOWEST.

She is a wonderful, very intelligent woman and you can tell she loves her job. Once again, though, I agree that her tests are random and sometimes she has trick questions where she expects HER perfect idea,even if it is an opinion question.I also didnt like that I put a lot of effort into her many assignments and she only looks at them for 1 second

This class is ok. It's kind of a waste of time. You learn some useful methods for writing and research in biology, but the class is really drawn out and not very clear. Dr. Anderson is the nicest lady ever though and is extremely willing to help any student. She's a pretty easy grader too.

She really isnt as bad as everyone is saying, she is a little spacey and weird but such a pushover. You can turn everything in late! Nevered studied for the tests and got A's and B's. Can use some notes on tests. Curves tests ALOT! I dont mind her.

Great teacher! Although the tests are hard, the projects are easy and she grades fair. Attend class, take notes and study really hard a few nights before the test and you'll get an A. She makes even Algae seem interesting and you'll actually remember the material after the test.

worst teacher ever. She is 100 years old and is so unclear with everything she teachs.Projects are easy to do and pretty easily graded but there are a ton of them and tests are totally random and very difficult. DO NOT TAKE HER!

She's kinda crazy, but it becomes funny. You have to ask her a lot of questions to clarify what she is talking about. A lot of projects but she doesn't really grade them. She'll just give you 100% if you do all the projects. Easy to do well. Tests are a bit difficult, but not too bad.

Nice lady, cares that you do well. Incorporates science material you learn (in her class) with what you will be teaching at the elementary level well. A lot of projects, but learn useful activities and ideas from peers projects. Tests are hard, but doeable.
