Professor Wada is an awesome Professor. He understands if you miss class and will take assignments during office hours. We had 2 weeks per assignment which was more than enough. Not a single test. Can be unclear though so listen up.

I've had Warner for this class and digital photo. He's a nice guy but his classes do drag on. He will go off on an unrelated tangent for a good portion of the class and is pretty unclear sometimes about what he wants. However, he's also pretty lax about late work and grading. As long as you do the work you'll be fine. The books aren't needed.

was entirely unclear about what he expected us to turn in for assignments, and asking him would just confuse the matter more. Classes were boring and usually unrelated to photography, but he was pretty flexible and understanding when you couldn't get into the dark room to complete assignments on time.

Very knowledgeable guy..listen to him and you'll learn a lot. this is an advanced photo class so you have to do the work or it'll come back at you in the end but i definitely recommend this class and this professor if you are into photography. smart guy and easy to get along. grade is based on your work he doesnt give tests or quizes

Avoid this guy! If you're genuinely interested in photography and want to learn something about it, take Thomas Franklin's photojournalism class. Second to that, I'd suggest Dave Freund. But this guy completely sucks. Nothing is clear. He doesn't teach you anything. He's nice, god bless him but he's an abysmal teacher.

i really enjoyed his class. he's really flexible and willing to work with you. for one of my projects i didnt have enough rolls and the ones i did were horrible so he gave an extra week. i would take him again. I think i'm getting a B/B+, you get what you put in. if you're not an art major you might want to look for someone else. overall great clas

Worst professor I had at the school. Did decently on all work, but he did not return my many phone calls when I was hospitalized and couldn't complete the final, so he failed me. Had he simply responded, I could have taken an incomplete and finished. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS.

He is a very intelligent, helpful, creative, ambitious, and personable guy. Although he speaks monotone, if you actually listen to him, he is unbelievably smart. I enjoyed his class, although I struggled because it is so easy to fall behind in your work. Keep up, listen, and enjoy - you'll be fine.

Very dry and boring. Full of himself. Good teacher of painting. But he tries to teach film techniques, and he gets them ALL WRONG. Students probably know more than him in regards to film. DO NOT TAKE HIS FEILD VIDEO CLASS. He looks like a turtle.
