Kiefer is a solid professor. Much of the class is based off of homework which helps a lot in the overall grade. The tests are difficult and you need to study. There is always extra credit on the tests and the homework points make up for poor test scores. He is not the most interesting person to listen too, but lectures the information well.

Good luck keeping your eyes open in this class. paying attention is nearly impossible with the way he teaches. tests are insane, no multilple choice. on the good side, lots of extra credit, always avalible to chat, and gives breaks

Ben Stein is here to teach Earth Science. He's a very nice man, and he is very intelligent, but his class is terribly boring. I do like the field trip adventure to make a powerpoint presentation, however (the best part of the class). The lesson planning is insanely boring and is not applicable to the real world (too much time spent on it).

He reminds me of the guy from the clear eyes commercial. The class is long but he lets you take a break in the middle. It is hard if you dont like science or study the maps; otherwise, he is a good teacher. Gives lots of extra credit

wonderful teacher. very helpful. a bit drawn out in explanations at time. Assignments: had to write eight lesson plans over the entire semester. Never Keeps you for entire four hours of class time, some out of class "work days."
