Young Won is an awesome art prof. She has a certain criteria and style that she looks for in your work and is hard to understand at first, but after you figure out what she wants her class is a breeze. Pay attention to what she says about everyones work during critiques, and you'll be good to go. (this class isn't suggested for non art majors)

Young Won is an exceptional instructor. She is encouraging, talented, and generous. Her method on teaching is very effective. Drawing has never been explained so well to me. Very impressed taking her class, and, personally, she's way underrated.

Professor Won is one of my favorites. She is a reasonable grader, and cares about her students. Never skip class and always ask for help or clarification if you need it. She does not just grade on skill, but also on effort. That being said, she is not afraid to give a C if it is not quality work. Overall, if you enjoy art, great class and Prof!

She is a very nice professor, she really tries to help each student and give hints. Sometimes she is a little hard to understand but the longer you are in the class the easier it is. Does not grade on how realistic your drawing is, but the technique used. As long as you but time into your drawings, you will get a good grade

i ABSOLUTELY loved her and her class. I learned so much from her. She molded me into a confident artist, and taught me things I never knew. She's the sweetest woman you'll ever meet and she genuinely cares about each one of her students. I wish she taught more classes.
