Top notch prof, high expectations and heavy workload, but he explains difficult concepts well and reviews all background concepts before diving into the subject, make sure to attend class to get his subtle exam steers and participate, as he regularly asks confirmatory questions to solidify student understanding. Amazing 1606 teacher, I never had interest in the topic before, but he was good at keeping me awake and was easy to understand. His notes were more than helpful, didn't need a text book. Helped in and outside of class!

Amazing prof. Loves what he is doing. Makes u love the course with many examples. Very hard working and helpful.Doesnt give u the ans. right away but leads u towards it by making u think which is the purpose of the course "problem solving with c++" I would love to take another course with him .... amazing prof. from Waterloo ... :)

Took comm theory with him. In class he went very fast and his notes were brief compared to the textbook. Very helpful if you go to office. Tries to make students pass, and in his marking, he gives a lot of free marks but you have to know what your doing to earn it. 3501 is a hard course and he does his best to help students.

University of Waterloo not only makes great engineers but also great professors like him. One of the the best professors ever seen in this university. He loves his work. Very motivated. Love the way he uses technology in his teaching methods. He brings a tablet pc on which he writes and at the same time its projeted at the big screen-->clear to see
