I love Dr. Vajiac. He may be lecture heavy and one may feel lost but always raise your hand in class and/or go to office hours or arrange a meeting; he will definitely try to help you. he may give a lot of homework but he is flexible with deadlines as long as we explain to him why and with good reason.

Dr. Vajiac is super nice and always willing to help. He's very understanding of extenuating circumstances, and though there's a lot of homework, he will give extensions. Tests are fair and gives extra credit. Very approachable and helpful.

Prof. Vajiac is a very funny and laid back guy. He tries to spice up his lectures with some humor, which is appreciated. He's a very forgiving grader and lets you do test corrections and extra credit. Would definitely recommend.

Comment:

He structures the class in a way where you can't fail unless you put in an effort to fail. The only problem is that his teaching isn't the best, and he makes some concepts a lot more difficult to comprehend than they actually are. I came in already knowing Calc, so the class was a breeze. If I was new to Calc, I definitely would've struggled.

I've got to be honestI didn't go to class a lot. I found some of his explanations to be difficult to understand. I took AP Calc in high school so I understood the material but some of the ways he explains things could be conceived as difficult to grasp. He allows cheat sheets on his tests and computers in class...

Very Funny in the most random times. If you took AP Calculus in High School you will definitely do well in this class because it's the same thing. If you have no history with calculus you will have difficulty understanding him. He allows cheat sheets during the midterm an final. All HW is online including quizzes and always pushes deadlines.

If you take this class, you need the online code with a textbook. There's unlimited attempts at the hw and quizzes (until it's due, but he does extend deadlines). Go to the review sessions outside of class for the midterm & final and make a good cheat sheet for them. Offers extra credit too. I took AP Calc AB in high school & it was review for me.

For a math class, he makes Calculus entertaining. Makes you pay $100 for MyMathLab but it's not the end of the world because you have total control over your quiz and homework grades this way-though some of the questions are loonngg. He's super lax about deadlines and always extends them and offers lots of extra credit. Easy w/ a little hard work

I am terrible at math, but Mr. Vajiac is an incredible professor. For the first time ever I actually understand what is happening. You have unlimited attempts on online homework and quizzes. There is 1 midterm and then the final. TAKE ADRIAN VAJIAC WHEN YOU GET A CHANCE.

He is amazing. I tool him for calc 1 and there was just one midterm and one final. The quizzes and homework were online and had unlimited attempts. He gives out a ton of extra credit options. He is there to help you and is hilarious. His review session for the final was basically exactly what was on the final.

Dr. Vajiac is so awesome! He assigns a lot of homework (they're done online) for credit. Very few quizzes, only one midterm and one final. He offers hundreds of points worth of extra credit and he is willing to help anyone anytime. His office hours are flexible and I would recommend him to anyone!

Calculus 1 was a breeze with him. He always made sure the class was happy, if he saw we were not going to finish the homework in time he extended the homework, this class did not stress me out at all. He is very clear and willing to answer any "dumb" questions. He was great teacher, very respected.

Professor Vajiac is so great. He always made sure that everyone was on the same page and understood what he was teaching. Has an accent that's a little hard to understand at first but you'll get used to it. Allows us to bring a 1 page cheat sheet to midterm & final which helps a lot. He would hold review sessions outside of class for exams!

Dr. Vajiac is the best math teacher I've ever had! Though his accent and handwriting are kinda hard to understand at first, it gets easier with time. He's very helpful and wants you to succeed. He's also flexible with due dates if the class needs it. I recommend him for anyone taking a math class.

I LOVE Professor Vajiac. Not only is he hilarious with his math and short jokes, but he made lecture interesting. He is super helpful with tests and homework, will extend deadlines if you just ask, and made sure that students were prepared and had no questions. His wife teaches the same course and my friends struggled in it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
