Sometimes a little all over the place and distracted by her own going-on, but regardless, she is very helpful and amazing at what she does. Even if you're terrible at sewing she can see what your strengths are and help you from there.

If your sewing skills are very minimal, her class is good to take. I found her class slower paced than others which benefitted me a lot. Make sure you pay attention and take notes while she's in the room because she leaves often. She's always there for every one of her students inside or outside of class but definitely doesn't hold your hand.

She is an amazing and inspiring teacher. She gives great demos and doesn't hold your hand. If you need help, she will point you in the right direction- allowing you to develop pattern making and problem solving skills that will stay with you well past graduation. Tip: Don't be afraid to start over if something isn't working, but ask adrienne first.

She didn't really make pattern making any easier, but she was definitely entertaining. She is really funny, and grades your work more leniently if you (a) iron everything before handing it in (b)compliment her and ask her her opinions about stuff. I sucked in her class but i love her!

Knows her stuff but you never will if you are in her class. Her demonstrations are unclear and then she makes you feel stupid when you ask questions and does not end up giving straight answers. She expects you to read her mind.

I feel like she is very knowledgeable when it comes to fashion design, but she is not very competent at conveying her knowledge. She gets easily distracted and talks about irrelevant things while giving demonstrations. Often she won't go over crucial information until after you have already handed in a project done wrong.

I had Adrienne for construction and I must say she was not very helpful. Her demonstrations were unclear and midst her commenting on news stories. She's a great woman with an amazing personality buy I wouldn't pick her again. People who had Karin were much more prepared and knowledgeable.

Adrienne runs a pretty lax class, there's not much work, but afterall, this is a freshman class that doesn't seem to have much curriculum anyway. If you get on her good side, she can help you a lot with things you may need or questions about the dept.
