Comment:

Kind of unclear on assignments until questions come up from students (there were usually a lot). Other than that, a fair marker for projects and tests and it wasnt hard to get a B. I would take another Project Management class with her.

Adrienne is my favorite proff at douglas! I have taken 2 classes with her now. She is very clear with instructions and grading. She will take the time to explain things to students who do not understand. She is so nice and very positive. I actually enjoy going to her class and she keeps it interesting with relevant material. Would 100% recommend!!

Most friendly instructor I've had yet in my college career. She really wants to make sure EVERYONE understands the material she teaches. She offers a lot of resources throughout the course to help with you in studying, and is always more than welcome to help you out with problems. Currently in a dead silent review class for the exam right now LOL

Doesn't understand her material for FINC 1231, would ask her questions to which she didn't have an answer, and when something didn't work for her, she would randomly throw a number in without an explanation as to where it came from. Course material is easy but the way she explains it makes it unbelievably difficult.

Loved her class. Her slides are nicely structured and detailed. She's clear spoken, explains concepts thoroughly, marks fairly on tests, and really helps you prepare for the final exam. I wouldn't say attendance is absolutely necessary for learning purposes (you have lectures posted online, online assignments, textbook) but more for participation

Sooooooo. It's a 2 hour course, 2 times a week.. 1 chapter lasts a week, she ends classes half way through only showing half the PowerPoint slides directed towards a single chapter so she can continue it next class. Due to this, it doesn't encourage students to show up to participate in the lectures. Basically you only get half a course.

If you love reading textbooks and teaching yourself the material, take her class. Unfortunately, the class consists of lectures, which are very DRY & BORING. She takes key points out of the textbooks, makes slides, and reads from her slides. She is nice, and relaxed atmosphere, but usually because you are falling asleep. Huge group term project 2

This class is like an extra class, if you don't come to class and still do the quizzes online and report you will still pass even though you lose attendance marks. Her test are very hard and she spends lots of time doing questions which should take 30 mins. She lets you out 30 mins early, sometimes one hour. Take her if you have no other choice.

If you get the opportunity to have this lady as your teacher, choose her. First, she is really nice and sets a relaxed class atmosphere. Second, the homework is pretty light. This means, though, that most of your grade is based off tests and presentations. Lectures are pretty much right out of the book, so you can follow along.....or skip class.LOL

The best teacher EVER!!! She explains everything clearly, so u can understand the material! She is trying to make her class more interesting. You won't feel asleep. NOT BORING!!! She cares about students! Midterms and exams are easy if you read a book. But she has her special method of teaching, which is so cool and nice!She is the best! TAKE HER!

Overall easy class, did not spend much time on it. Gives insane assignment with poor guidelines worth 15% of grade that gets presented to class. Gives practice tests and some of those questions are on the midterm/exam. Basically reads from powerpoints and makes class do some pointless group work. Overall easy class.
