I took Al in undergrad and chose this class because what he taught me stuck. You will have to read but the class is so interesting it won't matter. Learn to ignore the word requirements & answer the questions will get you a good grade. More is better w/ him and he is always available for help! I am happy I took him again and highly recommend him

Just avoid this professor. His grading rubric makes absolutely no sense and he's never clear with what you have to write about. You have to tell other students what they're doing wrong in their writings as if anybody knows what they're actually doing wrong themselves. I've spent hours writings papers and all he does is slap a C or below.

Don't take this class if you're looking for an easy elective or something to fill your cognates. He is oddly specific with his requirements and makes you "evaluate" other students' work in your responses. He never gave me full credit for anything and I honestly couldn't figure out what he was looking for in his assignments. Definitely NOT an easy A

Do not take any class with this professor! He is extremely unclear with assignments, assigns them back to back and unfair with grading. His lectures are really of him just talking aimlessly and barely relates to the text. I honestly feel like he sets you up to fail with how he leaves you in the dark. Avoid him!

Fun professor and great classes, but a hard grader. Questions on the midterm and final are on nothing we discuss in class. He seems to be very strict when it comes to making stuff up. Only homework is reading, and the essays for the midterm, final, and final project. Two field trips to a funeral home and a cemetery.

This class had mandatory attendance however, after about two classes you get addicted to the topics... this class with any professor I think is the most important learning experience ive ever had, it opens your eyes to life and death in so many different ways. - I highly recommend this course, it was amazing.

Overall, a good professor I guess. After missing three classes your final grade gets marked each class missed. He picks on people that dont talk and laughs at responses. Buying the books were a TOTAL waste. midterm final and 10 pg paper/oral pres. Lots of movies and two field trips to a cemetary and funeral home. Kind of a weird old man if u ask me

he is a funny guy, can be very sarastic, makes death an easy thing to talk about, however he is a VERY VERY VERY tough grader, he gives a midterm and final with both take home essays and a final project on a personal experience or interview of 10 pages which you much present. i felt i put a lot of effort and got poor grades C- was my grade not fair

Dr. Bradshaw is a cool guy. He took our class on two short field trips and will show a video almost every class. He does take attendance and there is NO written HW due. He gives a midterm, final, and assigns a final prject. Pretty easy class, adds 5 bonus pts to final grade for perfect attendance.
