Comment:

He is a very intelligent man who truly wants to see his students do well. He gives real world examples and uses the book sparsely. His lectures are a little like jazz because he moves from topic to topic with a loose outline so if you have concerns, ask specific questions to get him back on track. My only complaint: unorganized syllabus.

The professor assigns work to do then forgets deadlines, online assignments not graded for points but will be graded against you for not completing, wont tell you whats on exams and mumbles about his life during lectures. Worst professor Ive EVER taken by far.

Toughest professor I've ever had. Learned nothing in his class. His lectures were useless because they were barely on the exams. I only read the book but there is still a lot of material left to cover. The good thing is that he curves A LOT. Two midterms are essay type with lots of curve potential (write extra if you can) and final is 100 multi-ch

Pretty sure he is the worst professor I have ever had. He seems to know a lot of material, but he can NOT convey it. Mumbles, makes noise moving desks around while talking, and goes off on tangents getting way too personal about his life. Also distractingly uses talk-to-text to send out emails DURING quizzes and exams. Learned next to nothing.

Undergraduate Auditing and Graduate Advance Auditing are two different courses. Undergrad is challenging... grad is amazing. I HIGHLY enjoyed this class. Having a guest speaker present various accounting issues from numerous companies at every class was truly incredible. This class provides an incredible value and is a must-take for all graduates.

Lectures covers material that doesn't overlap with the text, and only covers hw if there're questions. Full hw solutions provided. Read text yourself, make notes during his lectures; he indicates exam material- pay attention to key words. Take advantage that on his exams, for a 10 pt'er there are 15-20 marks avail, write down everything you can!

Class is very detailed. Keep the textbook attached to your hip as he gives LIMITED direction for exams & quizzes. You will NOT do good on the term paper even if you follow his list of rules. Final exam is 100 mult choice. Read the text, redo the homework, tolerate his comments, participate in class, bank on the curved grades and you'll do well.

He doesn't lecture. You sit through nearly 3 hours of bad jokes, stories about awards he has won, mumbling,and comments about his viagra use, every week. And when he does bother to cover some material it isn't what his going to test you on. Gives you no guidance as to what is important and what is not. Good Luck figuring out what you need to know

All I have to say is good luck. He is tough and you don't learn much. You do get to listen to his horrible jokes. Glad I paid for that. I would suggest trying your best and then some just to get a B. Final is tough but get the study guide because many of the questions in there were on the final.
