Most lectures if not all are very confusing and not helpful, struggles to provide a clear solution to a question, exams are like homework problems, be prepared to learn the whole course yourself.

He is not very clear when explaining concepts. Even if you learned a concept before taking his class, he will still manage to make you feel confused. To be fair his tests are like the homework. If you end up taking his class, get ready to teach yourself every concept again because there's nearly no way you will understand anything from him.

Get out of this class as soon as possible. Youll get so lost. The only reason to come is for attendance. You're going to end up teaching yourself the subject. Doesn't make any sense. I don't know why they hired him

The test are similar to the homework questions, except a easier version because of time. Lectures are long and very confusing. Just read Dawkins and Schaums examples to understand. Definitely help you if you visit for office hours. Care for you if you care to work for it. Dont miss a lecture because he hands out his own lecture.

If you want to pass this class don't rely on this Professor. Lectures are practically useless. Sooo boring and you don't learn anything. He constantly messes up and confuses you. I recommend studying on your own before class because other than than that you'll be lost the whole class. Attending class isn't mandatory and the tests are not bad at all

i tutored precalc throughout high school. took my placement test too late and was stuck in math 100- should have been simple. this prof was a replacement for the original professor. he changed the syllabus without warning. EVERYONE failed the tests but received a C BUT HE FAILED ME B/C I SAID I COULDNT UNDERSTAND HIM(thick accent). no exaggeration

Nice guy. I have ZERO interest in math, but i got a C in his class by signing the attendance sheets and teaching myself all the material the night before a test. Not amazing, but all I wanted was the 3 credits. Would definitely take his class over someone else's.

Confusing at times but definitely demonstrates a thorough understanding of the subject (even if it is hard for him to convey it sometimes). Go to class, follow along on the board with homework questions, and you will do fine.

The exams are easy, and the sample tests tell you exactly what you are going to see in the exams. I got an A, just try to attend the class despite the drilling and boring part. pay attention to some important examples ( very few)

Prof. Baider is very harsh on higher-level students who ask what he perceives as dumb questions and will mock you at length if you ask such a question in class. In office hours he can be mean or very helpful if you seem to put in a good effort. Expects a LOT of work outside of class and doesn't write in a way you can take notes from.

He is a nice professor, but this doesn't mean he explains clearly. You'd better study by your own. He will drop your lowest grade which is fair enough.

Going to class is useless. His accent makes it hard to understand him, You could honestly learn better from the book. Hardly takes attendace and doesn't seem to know how to keep the class in order. 5 tests drops the lowest one test are fairly simple if you study on your own because he won't give clarity

Dismal, why does Hunter put prof's with very advanced knowledge to teach terminal courses? Didn't learn a thing, never responded to emails, even admitted in front of the class that the topic (s) were not going to be useful to any of us in the practical world. Math can be interesting but this guy isn't the one to validate said theory.

Absolutely a horrid professor. Speaks with a heavy accent, writes illegibly, often confuses the problems along with the students. Passed by studying online material (no relation to his class). Do yourself the favor and avoid at all cost. It fit my schedule so I took it and will regret it for a very long time

Simply the best math professor there is. He teaches on a very high level, efficiently explaining all the material, and grades very easily relative to the complexity of the class. And, unlike many other profs, he actually cares about the students' succeeding in the class.

Always second guessing his math abilities, but tests are easy. As long as you do your homework and come to class, you're fine. Good testing policies.

He confuses himself a lot, which gets annoying. He complicated things and isn't the clearest person. The tests are usually easier than what's done in class. 4 exams and the lowest is dropped.

Excellent guy, knows what he's doing. Exams are fair. If you don't do well on his exams, you're at fault. Everything on the exams is either in the notes or in the book.

If you never put any effort into your classes it will be easy to blame this professor. He is a bit of a senior, has a slight accent and yes, sometimes he messes up the problems but he always clears things up in the end. If you go to + pay attention to his class you will get confused only if you are extremely math challenged or just plain retarded.
