Extraordinary professor! Brilliant guy, facilitates discussions well, and is extremely accessible outside of class. Will read essay drafts and provide helpful feedback. Even if Gov isn't your thing, take at least one class with Springer before you graduate.

Springer is a good guy and if law is your thing you're going to love him. He definitely makes his class as interesting as he can, though it did get dull after awhile. He is very tough, mostly because he expects you to master an incredible amount of info, so just be ready for it to be a hard class.

Very knowledgable, but the class is discussion based. So, he neither lectures, telling you what he knows, nor does he give you the freedom to discuss whatever topics you find most interesting/confusing in the book. As a result, discussions are dull and painful. Very fair grader. Very willing to help out. Must have ideas of how to better intl rlatns

If you can get into his seminar, do it at all costs. He is so nice and entertaining and he really, REALLY knows international relations. He inspired me to become a Gov major. The simulations were so fun.

Really skilled, energetic lecturer. Knows his stuff. Great guy too. Had an excellent, thoughtful "points system" that allowed you to choose your assignments. I escaped final paper and exam by working hard early.
