Webster is one of those people where you have to get his sense of humor to find him funny. He loves talking about hot women and his yacht, especially hot women on his yacht. His classes are painful some days and you have to correct him 20 times on different numbers but he cares about his students and you can use a cheat sheet on all of his tests.

Webster is hands down, my favorite professor. His lectures are tough, but hilarious. He's very concerned about his students and I have very enjoyable conversations in his office when I stop by for help. I've had him for 260 and 263.

He is straightforward in his approach to teaching and down right hilarious. He jokes around with students and makes class enjoyable. He explains everything clearly and I don't have to go back and spend hours trying to interpret what I learned. I wish he taught econ classes here (since he has his phD in econ) but Bradley won't let him I guess???

Webster does a great job with QM 260, 262, 263. It's important to attend class because his tests are based off the examples in class. He is always willing to help, just go talk to him! If you don't agree with your test score and you can prove that you deserve points back, he will give them to you. His favorite teams are FSU and Kansas City Cheifs.

Tough grader but will go the extra mile in making sure you understand the material if you see him outside of class. Also Talk to him after your test on what you did wrong and he might be lenient and give you some points back.

Webster is a good teacher. You DO NOT NEED THE BOOK FOR HIS CLASS. He teaches based on using his own examples. He does go pretty fast and just throws answers up on the board without going through the problem and its up to you to figure it out, but he will help if you ask for it. Also, his hearing is a little below par

Webster is AWESOME! He does a great job at explaining, and if you get confused, GO SEE HIM! He is super helpful in office hours. Must go to class because tests are based off his lectures. Book used for homework problems. The material is tricky, but I'm in 263 with him now and it's just as easy as 262 was with him. Definitely recommend!

I thought I was doomed when I got switched from Funkhouser to this guy, but the switch turned out to be a blessing in disguise. He may not always be clear when teaching something but he is always willing to help if you're stuck. The tests are short and can be very easy if you put in a few studying hours. He is quite humorous too.

Webster is a nice yet offensive teacher. He tries to make class interesting but is really bad at it. We started with 42 people, and at the end there were 19 people left. His tests are incredibly difficult and he doesn't really try to find ways for students to do better in his class. I would avoid taking him.

Took it over summer term after my experience with taking QM262 over a summer term. I reiterate, talk to this professor, he will do anything to help you any appreciate your interest in the subject. Personally, I am surprised he is still teaching, as he has more health problems than Dick Cheney. Good sense of humor, but rather offensive, but I like.

I struggled with the material, but if you go to his office, he is willing to help, and is sympathetic if he knows you are struggling but still grasp the material. The first time I took the class, I didn't care for him. Then I took the class over J term so I could completely focus. In my opinion this is the best way to take his classes.

Webster is sadly one of Bradley's most loathed professors and he as certainly earned his reputation. This is my second class with him and it's just as bad as the first one. He doesn't explain what he's doing or how he's getting his answers. The homewrok is difficult and he doesn't explain it; only expects you to do it. Avoid at ALL costs!

Overall good class. Attendance is mandatory, but take good notes and you'll be fine. He goes through a lot of problems and examples and things similar to those end up on the test. You can talk your grade up a bit and he offers some extra credit. Exams always seem hard, but I always ended up doing a lot better than I expected.

Always talk to him after he grades your test. I got a 70 on a test, but it was bumped up to an 82 once I pointed out certain things on my test. Use the book frequently; it explains things he might not have clarified too well. Doing homework he assigns helps, but it's sometimes redundant from one problem to the next

he isnt the best teacher, he just throws a ton of notes on the board and its up to you to see how the math works out. however, his stories and all around ridiculousness will make you come to class, and if you dont then expect a D. I got an A and I only missed once and I took thorough notes. He is overall a fun prof.

If you take him, don't expect to do well. I'm sure it's not impossible to do well, but you will have to work harder than you ever have before. I'm an A student and did not do well at all. He lectures in circles and never really finishes a thought. I strongly suggest getting a tutor early if you struggle. Once you're lost there's no going back.

Webster was not the easiest and best teacher, but the class is still bearable. You will be confused and going to office hours is necessary to obtain a good grade. Getting an A is hard and requires work (welcome to college) but not impossible.

This class was a joke. Doing well in 262 means nothing for his 263 class, he spends the once a week 3 hour class on a nonstop rant about statistical theories, even some not in the book, and expects you to have it mastered for an exam a week later. do. not. take.
