This was the terrifying class that I have ever sat thru. The facts given where very explicit in her delivery. Prof.Veit-Cleveland though seeming easy going was very determined for you to get the most of what she had to teach and you needed to know. This is a class every young person needs to take. This is life altering infThk you Prof.

This teacher makes you think. She is not hard, but her exams re tricky because you have to think about the answers. She gives lots of extra credits and yes you have to do the AA meetings and Alanon meetings. No more than 4 absences else she will drop you from the class. If you are nearing your 4 absence mark, she will let you know ahead of time.

Oh my god; this class was torture. She's a nice person, but the class is absolutely pointless. All her notes were verbal, and had no specific order. my notebook was a mess of vocab words spewed everywhere. Nobody needs an entire semester to show that alcohol is bad. If you need a health class for LibArts, just take SexEd, I hated this class.

This teacher is very helpful and knows the subject matter well. She does all that she can to help the students learn. She uses the textbook often, however it is mostly to reinforce what she teaches. She used to make copies and hand it out in class. It is an easy class to pass. As long as you know about the bad effects of alcohol and drugs on the hu

very nice professor but... she's just so boring. if she jsut made it more interactive it would be much better. If you do the work and most of all if you talk in class a lot(she loves that) you'll do well. I've had a lot worse.
