Hybrid class format is nice, but we were constantly out of the loop. I had to beg for directions on speeches that were worth major points. Her D2L is not up to date, she isnt clear, and quite disorganized. However, lots of extra credit and other assignments for points. Dr. Foeman is a nice lady, but this course required much more structure.

She's a very nice person, but I don't think she's a good professor. She's very disorganized. We get little-to-no guidelines about our speeches beforehand. Often I'll have to specifically ask her to get the most basic information needed about upcoming speeches.

Dr. Foeman is very easygoing and understanding. She wants people to do well. She makes class as interesting and relevant as possible. I don't mind going to this class at all. You're graded on quizzes, tests, and a few short papers. It's not hard to do well.

I loved Dr. Foeman! She truly is a caring professor. Tests were extremely easy, she practically gives you the test beforehand. Lectures are brief and she makes them relatable. Her class didnt even feel like a class, because she made it collaborative and fun. Highly recommend her, especially for the Honors Seminar Program.

Dr. Foeman is awesome! Very caring and understanding towards her students. COM250 was an easy class but the test questions can be tricky at times. I enjoyed coming to class and you learn a lot about modern issues. 5 tests lowest one dropped and 5 short easy papers. Take her!

Dr. Foeman is a nice lady but an awful public speaking teacher. Many classes were a complete waste of time and if you don't do things exactly to her liking she will deduct points. Probably the dumbest class I took and her being the professor didn't make it any better.

I took her as a hybrid class. She is really nice and funny! she makes class interesting and the time speeds by. There are a few writing assignments but they are short And the tests are online. Come to class do the work and its an easy A

Dr. Foeman is truly a pleasure to be around. She's very nice, funny, and tries to be accessible to her students when needed. With that said, she is no easy grader. If you keep your attendance high, participate, and study, there's no reason to walk out of her class with new knowledge and a descent grade!

Very nice professor. We did a total of four speeches, but the first and the last ones were really short. She made public speaking much less scary for me. Her class was enjoyable and her tests were super easy. Great professor and I had a great experience in her class! I'd definitely recommend her class.

Such a great professor! I was so scared of Public Speaking and thought i would die, but Dr. Foeman is so nice and I felt totally comfortable when i presented my speeches. She's a great professor and she's so nice.

Best class ever. I wish everyone had to take this class. It was so interesting and Dr. Foeman made it very enjoyable and fun. Attendance is mandatory, 5 1-4 page papers and 5 quizzes that's it. Quizzes had 1 or 2 difficult questions at times, based off of her lectures and panels. Very easy A.

Really nice and funny teacher. Covers material that is easy to remember and fun to learn. You have to write 4 or 5 papers and 7 quizzes 2 lowest grades are dropped. do not buy the textbook quizzes are taken right from class notes. definitely take this class it was one of my favorite by far

One of my favorite professors! Her class is hands on and very interesting. There are 7 quizzes, the two lowest are dropped. There are 4 or 5 papers but they are only 2 pages double spaced. I really enjoy her class. But don't buy the text book.. you will never use it.

Very interesting course. Mini assignments are fun! Very good way to enhance closed minded people education on Diversity. 7 quizzes dropped the lowest 2 and 5 mini papers. DO NOT BUY the text book that $100 could be used elsewhere, she does nt use it. Seriously.
