I am taking WMNST102 with Ann Donadey for the fall 2018 semester. The class is 2 hours and 40 minutes (feels way longer tbh). Occasionally we will be presented with powerpoint lectures and films. Every class you are assigned readings from the textbook, which you discuss the next period which is BORING. She is a very kind and caring person.

Dr. Donadey assigns a lot of reading but that can be expected from a women's studies class. She is really helpful, sweet, funny, and is always willing to help her students. I loved the books she assigned for this class and lectures were always interesting.

GREAT professor. She is one tough cookie but if you actually understand the material and the prompts, you should be fine. Those who did poorly probably underestimated the course. She is difficult, but not a bad professor!

She has her funny moments& the class was interesting. She assigned a lot of reading though, but you really don't have to read. She assigned one writing assignment that can be replaced with a write-up of an event and a final research paper on a theorist.

I thought I was going to learn but she spent most of the classtime telling us what we should or should not do in and out of the classroom. Going to class was like going to an interrogatory. She keeps the eye on students and then reports to other instructors, and does not know the word privacy.

I thought she was great! Very approachable if you need help and interesting to talk to. The readings were really interesting and class discussion was good as long as people contributed. If you think it's boring you must just not be interested in the material.

Books for course are very interesting. Weekly written assignments 2-3 pages in length. No midterm. One final with prompt given a week in advance. Group work accounts for percentage of grade. Read the books and put effort into your assignments and you will do well and attend class if you want to do well.

Horrible class..very boring, she just writes the notes on the board..every word! Treats everyone like children when it comes to plagerism and is crazy about it!!! We had a ton of busy work regarding it and boasts on the fact that she turns someone in for it EVERY semester! The Midterm was easy you don't have to read for the rest of the class..LAME

This felt like a high school class. You have to attend every class because she gives in class assignments which account for a lot of your grade. There is a lot of homework and the class is very dry. For the final she gives you the prompt before so that you can make an outline and bring it to class.

She said she teaches theory well, I did not find that to be the case. She asks for class discussions, but does not allow student to raise new thoughts and ideas about the readings. She assigned the final paper, and then provided an outline just before it was due. I did not enjoy this class. If your ideas vary from her's, be quiet.

Ignores undergrads. Assigns papers loosely, then just beforethey are due changes parameters. Rude and disrespectful to students ideas about readings. If you have your own ideas and dare to voice them, be prepared to be silensed.

Very easy class! Professor helps students to know how to write papers too much! Atendance is mandatory, but class is usually interesting...basically just discussion. Only one exam, which you get to prepare for before hand. Most of your grade is based on easy hw assignments in response to the readings.
