Professor Weber consistently retaught information. Her class was boring and not helpful. She treated us like we were her 2nd graders. Very disappointed with this class and the person teaching it.

professor weber was AWESOME. i loved going to her class. she has a lot of experience in the field of education that she loves to share with us. i don't think she turned me off to teaching, she makes me WANT to be a teacher! she's also helpful and answers e-mails asap. her tests are super easy just study for them. awesome class! loved it.

She is helpful and genuinely wants her students to succeed. Never be late or else you will get a "look", but she is preparing us to be professionals. She is nice yet tough. You have to work, but there is plenty of extra credit built into assignments and tests that an A is very much attainable.

Professor Weber is fantastic! She really cares about her students and is so helpful. She clearly lays out all her assignments and standards. I learned so much from this course! Professor Weber treats you like a professional, but she expects you to work hard. She'll help you out in whatever way she can, but she won't accept slacking off.

My first advice is make sure you read all of the comments on this page. She is annal! I showed up five minutes late one class and she did not let me take the quiz because of it. Those points cost me an A in the class. She really cares about teaching, but has not idea how to convey her views in a productive way. She is C&I not SED and you can tell.

I liked this class. She made it interesting and kinda fun. Her tests are a little hard, but there are not many tests. She's a great teacher! She's funny too. She really cares about her students and tries to get to know them a little bit. I loved her class, it was great!

I was unsure whether I liked her, it took me a while to understand her sense of humor. She is strict and means buisness, but all in all a good teacher. She is understanding and kind and I would prob take another class with her.

She is a WONDERFUL TEACHER! I learned more in her class than I have from many other professors in the Special Ed. Dept. She is strict with deadlines and grades strictly, but if you do what she asks and pay attention in her class you will not regret it! I definitely recommend taking her class!

Annie Web's class was a trip. She is the best teacher ever...if you only care about professionalism and being anal. The only reason I made it through the class is because whenever she said crazy stuff, I spoke up for the class's feelings. She did take it well though. Get ready for a tough semester not academically as much as by butting heads.

Horrible... She took points off for stupid things like using a aper clip instead of a staple... She also was not helpful when trying to meet with her. Her tests are over a lot of material and there is nothing given to prepare for them exept read an be prepared for pointless questions that have nothing to do with material. She tries to trick you!

Despite her strict requirements, Prof. Weber is an excellent teacher. It is obvious that she wants her students to succeed. She pushes for every student to be successful. She practices everything she teaches us, as future teachers. She is consistant and fair. Don't expect her class to be easy. But, it will be beneficial.

I enjoyed this class despite what others told me about her. Her passion for teaching was apparent, and the class wasn't that difficult. the quizzes and tests weren't the easiest but that was such a small part of the class. I would reccommend this teacher. Go to class and speak up

She has so much good information. She gives you real world examples of teaching. However, she quite often says rude things that blow your mind. She frequently made me feel inadequate as a future teacher. She also likes to mark you off for things she never specifically told you to do.

She's just not a people-person. She a little on the odd side. Sometimes she'll say things and you'll just crack up - because they're so off the wall. In SED 202 she'll assign you to a group on day one and you'll have a seating chart. Yippee. That, combined with her fashion sense, makes you feel 8 yrs old all over again.

Comment:

It was frustrating sometimes that she didn't understand the special needs aspect of teaching. Otherwise, she was a good teacher who tried to provide as much info as possible. Her tests were somewhat difficult. It was really the essay type questions that threw me everytime. Her strategy made sense though...it should be application for the essays & not necessarily something that has one direct answer. They're supposed to make you think.
