At the beginning of the quarter I loved Prof Song...until she got about as boring as this experimental psychology crap she teaches. This class isn't hard, but kind of confusing and unorganized. I blame that on the subject matter, though, and feel that she does the best she can. If you have to take PSC 41, take it with her. She is also very willing to help with projects, so an A is pretty attainable. Also, second midterm was online and done at home.

Excellent teacher. Four Multiple choice exams and final is optional. Midterms are hard but the final is extremely easy. Also offers considerable amount of extra credit. Uses powerpoint presentations for lectures. Overall, she is a fair grader and would add points to exams in order to curve them.

Professor Song was pretty funny at the beginning, but as the quarter went on I found that she was getting just as boring as the material that she was teaching. The class was EXTREMELY BORING so I recommend that you dont take it unless you have to. The tests were harder and she wasnt very clear about what we needed to study. The RPAs were easy.

She's really nice and funny but the class is just SOOOO MIND-NUMBINGLY BORING. A lot of the concepts are easy, but it's just so hard to pay attention. The RPA is super easy and doesn't take a lot of time, but you should go to the RPA 2 workshop. Make sure you do all the extra credit (she offers a lot)!

A VERY boring class even though she tries to make it interesting and I guess she explains pretty well but I can NEVER absorb the material 'cause it was SO boring. Her study guids are not that helpful, I would say prof. Ennis's study materials are much much MUCH better, anyways avoid taking it if you can.

She is really nice, her lectures are alright as far as lectures go, but she and her ta are very generous graders. You serioulsy have to be a moron to not get an A in this class, go to class, got to RPA help sessions, do the extra credit and study your notes its that easy.She is really sweet she isnt trying to make your life hard.

mid term 1 is easy, but 2 and the final are harder, so dont slack on studying. get help on the RPAs so you know what you are doing (they dont get explained very well) but the class was pretty easy over all--tons of extra credit available.

Amazing teacher and person! I was honored to work for anna as a research assistant my first year at davis after taking her class and just loved her enthuasiasm and drive to teach! She is the best! I got an A in her class, but worked hard.
