Professor Purvis is such a kind and sweet woman. She goes out of her way to make sure her students understand what is being taught. She actually booked a room at the University on a Saturday so that students could go in and ask questions before the exam. Such a wonderful teacher and very easy to understand! She is the best professor I've ever had.

Comment:

Best French prof I've had at U of W. She made a dry and difficult course much more interesting. Funny, approachable, always willing to give extra help, and had very clear reviews which followed her tests to a T. Loved that 40% of the mark was bi-weekly tests, it made the final a lot less stressful. It was a privilege being in her class. Merci Mme!

Mme. Purvis was the most clear, concise prof. that I've ever had. She was very sensitive as to whether or not you understand the material and offers office time even when you don't know stuff because you missed a class! A+ for Purvis!
