The only problem is the irrational amount of homework he demands: literally hundreds of drawings (Elev, Plan, Section, and Axo per Building) and asked weekly that we redo all of them. For a three credit class, it's not worth it. But he's a passionate and animated speaker and will actually teach you a lot. My advice:screw the notebook entirely and j

Don't really know what to say... Smart man, passionate about History and architecture. A little concieted (He doesn't know the names of the majority of students in my class) Cancelled class a lot- TOUGH grader, randomly demanding in work, and unorganized. BTW, when he gets mad, its really not good. Overall experience- less than average, not horrid.

Great architecture history teacher. Sincerely wants students to learn from and analyze history. He even tries to make the worlkload as easy as possible, understanding that history isn't our priority. If you want arch history to be a productive class, take him.

As an architect I admire him, but as a professor and person I have no respect for him. He makes competition in the class and FORCES his ideas on you. He is patronizing, dominating, aggressive, stuck-up and egotistical. He is smart but his personality makes him a bad professor. The worst Design semester I have ever had. Perhaps it was the fact that he was teaching in the Rome program and that he was more at ease with himself there... but I found his class to be the one class that I focused the most attention on. He wants to see you do well and sort of makes a game of it. If you put in the effort, he will too. He made me want to show him that I could succeed...

an intelligent guy, but can't push an idea to a more solid state. there's a reason why some people are changing their entire designs a week before final reviews. there's not much room for your own methods and ways. very aggravating man, demands quantities of work that doesn't make sense

okay, if you take anthony, be prepared to work, a lot, and not understand what he's saying all the time. he is a good professor in that he cares about you and your work, and that is great, but he will push, annoy and yell until he gets you to do what HE wants.
