Dr. V is a very intelligent man and he actually cares about his students learning experience. I know we are more likely to sound off at negativity, which is why I think the few ratings of Dr. V are negative. Perhaps, the students with bad comments had bad studying habits and didn't put in the approporiate time into the course.

This teacher is terrible, he rambles on and on and on. Does not cover material found in the tests. I'm a math major and I know how t do math and different ways to do the same problem. He gives credit only if you do it the way he wants it done.

Don't take him, take the course at another school. His grading is very inconsistent. Ask for a grading rubrix we were comparing our grades with one another in the fall 2003 term and there ws no rhyme or reason to fair grading.
