Of all of the professors I've had at IC, Antonio is one of the best. Even at 8:00 in the morning, he was able to get me awake, absorbed in the material, and thinking critically about true literary works of art. His helpful comments on papers and in office hours make sure that you don't lose your way.

DiRenzo is one of the best professors I've had in the writing department. He makes class interesting and is always cheerful; filled with enthusiasm. His Humorous Writing class was certainly the saving grace of spring '13 semester.

One of the best professors I have ever had. Made my writing so much better. You submit the first draft and except for the final, you get to revise it with his comments. This helped me become a much better writer. I am truly a better writer because of this class. He is a tough grade but it's worth it

Wow! In all four years of college his was the most challenging yet truly rewarding class I took. This is someone who is truly passionate about what he teaches. I worked my BUTT off for a B but it was the proudest B I ever got. Everything taught has been completely useful in the "real world". A caring, challenging professor-I'll never forget him!

Best teacher ever. went the extra 10 miles to make the class interesting, relavent, useful. His orations were engaging and his criticisms were extremely helpful. I can only hope to become half the writer he is, and even then I will never (nor will most people) achieve his teaching prowess. Very, Very good at communicating expectations.

probably the best prof i've had at IC, probably the smartest person i've ever met. an eminent, lovable genius who is far from condescending, highly entertaining, and unbelievably informative. the school is really lucky to have him, he's a one in a million prof.

I LOVE this teacher. I love his classes and he is the most adorable little man. He'll do everything to help you, and best of all, he lets you re-write your papers, an easy grade upgrade. Though you have to buy a gazillion books for this class, it's well worth it. It amazes me to see how well he has planned out every class, down to every word.

You'll love him or hate him, probably love him. Very theatrical, very prepared, very Roman. He'll definitely stretch your writing skills. He comes at things from a very different angle than most writing teachers. His standards are high, but he'll help you a lot. Recommended, especially if you like quirky teachers.
