Comment:

She was willing to cancel class if students asked, we went to Caribou one day in the middle of class and she told us to "come back". Only had class once a week, homework every time but it was a manageable amount. She grades by participation, but it's essentially mandatory to talk in class by the way it's formatted. Would take again!

The class I took was based entirely upon papers, we had no tests. Daily homework was assigned from the textbook and reviewed in class the next day. She is very lenient with late stuff - I turned in a paper in Dec. when it was due in Sep. and still got a good grade. Had a small class, so she knew each student individually. Be prepared to write!

Professor Larson is a kindhearted woman, who cares deeply about her students and their success. That being said, she is not a great professor. She is fairly unorganized, changes due dates/deadlines often, which gets confusing to keep up with. She doesn't post any updates online for anyone who missed class. She is also fairly difficult to understand

Dr. Larson is a very kind and caring professor. However, I despised this class. I struggled and felt stupid every single day. I will never take a Spanish class again because of this class and the professor. She expects a lot of work from each student and is very unstructured. I never thought a Spanish class would be the toughest class I've had..

Awesome woman... She has no problem explaining things again if you have questions. Very understanding, and participation is one of the most important parts of the class. Her tests are pretty easy. I plan on taking more classes with her

Larson is a very fun, intelligent, and kind person. Every morning she would walk in with a smile on her face, which proved she was happy to be there. She gets students to think deep and outside of the box. She is very laid back, which is a good thing for every college student.
