I attended the etiquette dinner with her.I must admit that even though she was knowledgeable about the subject, she was too blunt about correcting others' mistakes.Even though the event was supposed to be about making others feel comfortable, I felt very uncomfortable throughout the evening. She doesn't seem to respect students while teaching them.

B Lang is one of the best professors at the Hotel School. She is REALLY enthusiastic, knows her material, and makes her lectures fun and interesting. She really cares about her students!
