Buchanan talks quite a bit, and can get side-tracked easily, but even when she gets side-tracked; she always talks about History. She is very easy to listen to, and gives extra credit opportunities near the end of the semester.

Mrs. BUCHANAN was AWESOME! Basically, the lectures consist of a quiz of 5Q's at the begining of the class, over the key points in the chapter read for home work. Next is a power point/video & personal/class political views lecture/discussions. She drops half the quizzes and allows make up work. She is super animated! Just a joy to attend her class

She talks too much. It can get configuring because there is a lot of reading done out of class and then she teachers a different chapter in class. She gives quizzes over what you read. She's alright but there is a lot of reading

Mrs Buchanan is a good teacher. If you miss the date of any test, she lets u do it in testing center, so u gonna have more time to be prepared as well! Be in class but if u can't don't worry, email her and she will be fine with u. The review that she gives has to be answered by the students, so get as many as possible infos about the questions!!!!

I absolutely hate History but she was able to make History interesting. You have quizzes every class day (except test days) but she drops the lowest half these grades at the end of semester. TAKE HER CLASSES!!

GREAT TEACHER!!! I HATE HISTORY AND NEVER UNDERSTAND IT. SHE WAS THE FIRST TEACHER THAT ACTUALLY HELPED ME UNDERSTAND IT AND MADE ME LIKE IT. CLASS IS VERY EASY. Beth Buchanan is the koolest. As far as professors go, I would say "Oh yeah!". If Beth Buchanan were to be compared to a Hollywood actress, the star of choice would be Jennifer Aniston. All I can say is, OH YEAH!
