Prof Greiner is a little tough because his tests can be confusing, but once you get used to them its not so bad. Hes hilarious and I love listening to his lectures. Thats just the way it was, man is definitely something he says a lot. Nicest guy in the world.

Comment:

The online quizzes given every week have questions that aren't from the book or the lectures. They're outside of class and he lets you use all your resources, but that doesn't help much because some of the questions are formed with grammar that's worse than a blind six year old's. He always makes "jokes" about Sodexo and is a nice guy but goofy.

He really cared about his students and made a general education course manageable. Although, you do have to read because your grade is comprised of tests and quizzes. No homework though!

A lot of people didn't like taking him but i legitimately had fun in his class. You can tell he really loves what he's teaching and is more than happy to thoroughly answer any questions. He really cares about his students having a positive experience, from what I have seen.

Based on reviews I'm seeing here, prof must play favorites, as many of my peers have my same complaints. One story of many: Due to circumstances out of their control, a student was unable to take or make up a large test. After a lengthy email to the prof, the response was terse, indirect, and full of grammar mistakes. Prof is very self-centered.

Greiner is one of the coolest people I have ever met. I loved having him as a teacher and he is so caring about his students. I cannot say enough good things about this man. Seriously one of the best profs I have ever had, he really loves what he does and thats awesome.

Seems like a very nice guy who is semi-interesting as a teacher, though I quickly grew tired of hearing him talk about himself. The class is easy and the material is fairly interesting. Information taught is sometimes questionable; more than once he has contradicted profs at this very school in subjects such as psychology and Western Civilizations.

If you take the notes he gives and study a little the class is easy. It can be boring at times since all he does is read off a power point, but I liked the art portion and Greiner's way of teaching then the music portion.
