The most fun class I've had at Colby. Unfortunately his grading for the final was very very harsh, so I didn't end up getting a good grade like I thought I deserved. REALLY FUN CLASS AND THE MID AFTERNOON HOURS MAKE THE CLASS REAL EASY FOR JANPLAN

He is a very nice and funny professor. However he does not make his expectations clear and is an extremely harsh grader.. His field trips are extremely fun and interesting.

Comment:

Bill is an exceptional professor. I was skeptical of how interesting the class would be at first but Bill puts a spin on the course that makes the material he covers beneficial to every student. For example, we received lessons in the legal approach to renting appartments, run ins with Waterville PD, and Colby policies from a legal perspective.
