To be honest, I just started taking his class last week. He is awesome and I look forward to each class. I feel like I am taking away so much more than english. He shares his deep thoughts and views with the class. I wish more teachers and people in general were like him! His attendance policy is now three missed classes and you are out.

I honestly must say that the first day of class I was shocked. He certainly is not the average professor, he doesn't even have an attendance policy. His class gave me a different perspective on life. Although, there is little as far as class work is concerned each class you attend includes a life lesson.

Awesome professor. Had his class 8-9:20A.M. and didn't mind going at all. He's very interesting, rarely takes attendance, had one midterm presentation and a final paper. Easy to approach and always offers help.

Took this class as my first 200 level english, I enjoyed every minute. There was alot of reading but he lets the students run the class. He makes you think and question things you say, he says and other students say. He is incredibly accessible, email, meetings, after class, before class. There should be no problem passing. Awesome Professor!

Bill is one of the coolest teachers ever. A lot of people dropped out of his class early because he's a little wacky, but the class just got better from there. He talks about partying and Indian rituals and drugs and crazy theories, and this is all a part of the class. He makes you think, and he'll go out of his way to help you. TAKE HIS CLASS!!!

The first day of class he said "You can come to class high, but I will make you read." I think that says a lot about how easy-going this man is. He is entertaining; gives two papers; and doesn't take attendance. He's a free spirit. Basically if you wanted to, you could probably go to one day of class, turn in your two papers and get an A.

I skipped both of his classes more than I went to them, and still pulled off a B each time. There's only 2 papers each semester...a midterm and a final. Kind of a pain, but definetly easy. Take him if you get the chance!

Most times, Bill is one major pain in the ass! But he makes you think and he really helps you learn. He goes out of his way to help, however you do have to be interested in getting the help. Once he knows you want to be there, he's always ready to help you go further. You piss me off all the time and you know that bill but you are also one of the best teachers I have ever had! Keep it up!!
