One of the best teachers at Stockton. Just be warned the material can be hard, but he goes over it multiple times, and answers any questions you have about it. Also about 85% of your grade is from tests,and the other 15% from attendance and HW. I would describe him as an "oldschool" style teacher, however one who is extremely helpful.

Bob King is a very intelligent and patient man. He offers great insight into the legal world. He told us not to take the course if you were in the legal or business field but I was (don't tell him!). It was not a difficult class, do the reading and study for the midterm and final. You will learn great life lessons from a great man. Take this class.

Nice man, patient, loves his job. A bit soft-spoken, only gives a midterm (35%) and final (35%). He does the honors system with homework. If you do it and have an answer or at least tried to reasonably attempt it, you get your points (30%) for the day. Will randomly collect the homework if he feels the class is struggling w/ it. Take him!

Super teacher. Best at Stockton. Difficult reading, case briefs and written problems. Three tests. Must be prepared, he calls on you in class. Not an easy course to get an A, but you learn a ton about business law.

King is the only good full time professor in the business department. Wheather you read the book or not. All you have to do is go to class and he will teach you. I didnt do most of the readings. I just went to class and paid attention 3exams are multiple choice and straightforward. No Bull from King. A must take for Business Law I and II.

Bob is such a nice guy. You only have three mc exams... he reviews for the exam the day b4 and if you go to every class and take notes you will have no worries. Offers 5 ec points by doing briefs and it is definiety worth it... brought my grade up from B- to B+... I would take him again in a heartbeat!!

Trust the man. He wants your honest thoughts and even if he doesn't appear happy about them he won't reflect that in your grade. Grades objectively regardless. Don't be late to class and 100% follow his instructions on assignments cause he does get annoyed when you give him what he doesn't ask for.
